This sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by The Zondervan Corporation (the “Sponsor”), 5300 Patterson Avenue, S.E., Grand Rapids, MI 49530 on behalf of Always Watching by Brandilyn and Amberly Collins (the “Book”).
ELIGIBILITY & ENTRY
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. The Sweepstakes is open only to residents of the United States ages 13 to 18 as of April 20, 2009. Employees of the Sponsor and its affiliates and the Sponsor’s advertising and promotion agencies, and members of those employees' immediate families are not eligible.
To enter, send an e-mail to alwayswatching@zondervan.com. In your email include:
(1) a list of each of the activities below that you have completed with a link to each activity.
(2) Your full name and street address.
You will receive one entry for each completed activity up to a maximum of ten entries. You may perform any combination of activities or perform a single activity ten times on various sites. If you are among the first 200 entrants, you will receive a free copy of Always Watching.

Video Rules
The video must be no longer than 2:00 minutes.
Video cannot include anyone other than the entrant.
The video cannot contain music, photographs, video or other materials subject to the copyright of a third party or any third party trademarks.
By submitting your video, you represent and warrant to Sponsor that the video is wholly original and does not infringe upon or otherwise violate any copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other proprietary right of any person or entity, except to the extent it references or quotes from the Book. The video must not contain nudity, unlawful acts or other material deemed unacceptable by the judges. You understand that your name and video may be posted on the Internet in connection with the Sweepstakes. The video as it is webcast by Sponsor may differ from the video originally submitted due to technical errors, problems, compatibility or other issues, and Sponsor shall have no liability related thereto.
The Sweepstakes commences on April 20, 2009 (9:00 a.m. EST) and ends on June 20, 2009 (5:00 p.m. EST). All email entries must be received by June 20, 2009 (5:00 p.m. EST). Send only one e-mail listing up to ten activities performed. Only the activities listed in your first e-mail will qualify. Subsequent emails will be discarded.
Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged. Offer void outside the United States and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.
SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION OF WINNER
A random drawing will be held on or about June 27, 2009, by employees of Sponsor, whose decision is final. The winners will be notified via mail.
The potential winners must sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability within 14 days of date sent, or the prize will be forfeited. The prize may not be substituted, assigned or transferred. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize due to unavailability, in which case a cash payment or comparable prize of equal or greater value will be awarded. All federal, state and local taxes are the winners’ responsibility.
PRIZES
One (1) Grand Prize winner will win a “night out on the town” with up to five friends. This event will include dinner at a restaurant selected by the winner and limousine service for the evening. The Sponsor will obtain a gift certificate from the restaurant in the amount of $400. Any charges in excess of the amount of the gift certificate are the sole liability of the winner. The Sponsor will obtain a gift certificate from the limousine service in the amount of $450. Any additional limousine service costs are the sole liability of the winner. All other costs are the sole liability of the winner. Grand Prize only available through September 30, 2009. If the potential Grand Prize Winner cannot use the prize by that date, an alternate Grand Prize Winner will be selected.
100 Finalists will receive a copy of the Book. Approximate retail value: $10.00.
Approximate retail value of all prizes $1,850.
The prizes are non-transferable and cannot be sold or redeemed for cash. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a cash payment of equal value for the prizes. Any federal, state, or local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winners.
CONDITIONS
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the selection of the winners, which shall be final, and waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Sweepstakes and/or these Official Rules.
The entrants release, discharge, and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, assigns, attorneys, representatives and agents, including advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies, from any and all liability or damages arising from the use of any prize received and the administration of the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, (i) late, lost, incomplete, delayed, misdirected or unintelligible entries or logs, (ii) any printing, typographical, administrative or technological errors by Sponsor associated with the Sweepstakes, and (iv) any injuries suffered in connection with the winner’s and the winner’s guest’s use of the prize.
Acceptance of prizes constitutes permission to use the entrant’s entry, name, likeness, biography, and prize won for purposes of advertising, promotion and publicity without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, cancel or suspend this Sweepstakes should a virus, bug, computer problem or other causes beyond its control corrupt the administration, security or proper operation of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor may prohibit you from participating in the Sweepstakes or winning a prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that you are attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes by cheating, hacking or employing other unfair practices or by abusing other entrants or the representatives of Sponsor.
Any dispute arising from the Sweepstakes will be determined according to the laws of the State of Michigan, without reference to its conflict of laws principles, and the entrants consent to the personal jurisdiction of the State and Federal Courts with jurisdiction in Grand Rapids, Michigan and agree that such courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over all such disputes.
Sponsor may only use the personally identifiable information obtained from the entrants in accordance with its privacy policy, which may be found here.
